ORGANIC GUATEMALA SHB/EP is sourced from small farmers in indigenous communities across Guatemala who have organized themselves into cooperatives to overcome the obstacles they face in the rugged and isolated coffee regions of Guatemala. Grown in volcanic loam, farmers then process high altitude dense beans with their own micro-mill which allows for meticulous care in cherry selection. Fully washed and dried in the sun. Full bodied with a hint of chocolate and spice. MEDIUM ROAST
